Our all-inclusive Q1 Service Plan is designed to bring optimal performance to your lab instruments while maximizing up time and productivity to your lab and business operations. The Q1 Service Plan includes 1 or 2 preventative maintenance (PM's), depending on the type of the instrument, along with all parts, labour and related travel.
An affordable option that offers preventive maintenance services with the added assurance of having experienced engineers ready if problem arise. The Q2 Service Plan is ideal for instruments that must operate at peak performance, but on a less frequent basis, and when there may be a limited budget. It includes 1 or 2 preventative maintenance (PM's), depending on the type of the instrument, and travel fees.
